The hot news for Sutherland's communities is the arrival of the "Community Toolkit", which is now available on the website of Sutherland Partnership key partner organisation, Voluntary Groups East Sutherland (VGES).  This "toolkit", which originated in Skye and Lochalsh, is proving an admirable guide to communities in seeking a wide range of outcomes.
